Our aim is to offer you a fully furnished house, welcoming you in your very first day. We firmly believe that the unique project requires to include all the needed extras, along with our 18-years-old experience in the boutique furnishing and of course, our enormous enthusiasm!

Despite the increasing expenses of the building construction we're doing our best to keep the first 5 promotional houses in the range of 850 - 1500 €/m (including all the extras) at least 3 months ahead! The price comprises absolutely all the extras you need for a luxury life:

-Free of charge heating and hot water entirely supplied from the sun and wind through sun collectors (under certain conditions).

-Free of charge electricity (within reasonable consumption only), as a result of supply by sun panels on the roof as well as selling the excessive energy to NEC.

-Fully boutique furnishing from a solid wood (also options for non-boutique furnishing).

-All the necessary electric appliances (class А++) - refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, TVs, ovens etc.

-Free of charge parking place for every owner.

-Central vacuum cleaning equipment.

-Sat TV equipment.

-Fire-preserving system.

More extras:

-Indoor swimming pool, SPA and massage.

-Hybrid- and electromobiles.

Of course, you can reduce the price by choosing less extras. The only important things here are your needs and preferences.

Payment scheme:
- 13% deposit to secure the property
- 27% after signing preliminary contract
- 20% at first concrete slab
- 30% after roofing the building
- 20% after signing Аct 16
